Return Policies
UNOPENED Product Returns
 0-10 Days from Invoice Date = Refund or Credit
11-30 Days from Invoice Date = Dealer Credit ONLY
After 30 = Subject to APPROVAL

Hardware Returns
(Dealer Credit ONLY)
 0-10 Days from Invoice Date = 10% RESTOCKING FEE
After 10 Days from Purchase = NO RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
OPENED Other Manufacturers
 NO RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
OPENED Software Returns
 NO RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns on Credit Card Purchases - Will be issued a Dealer Credit MINUS all Credit Card Fees. 1 Source Video - Must receive ALL RMA Product within TEN (10) days from date RMA number is issued.
Initial shipping charges are excluded from credit. All RMA Shipping, Duties, Taxes, Broker, & Custom fees, are the sole responsibilities of the dealer.
PLEASE: Do not ship any product without an Authorized RMA number clearly marked on the box. Any unauthorized returns will be refused or shipped back at the expense of the dealer.

Defective Products
All defective products are to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Most manufacturers request that the customer speak with a Technical Support Representative to determine that the stated product is truly defective. Once a product is deemed defective by the manufacturer, the Manufacturer will issue the Customer/ Dealer an RMA Number. All shipments for defective product should be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Please Note:
All return requests for Non Defective products are processed through the 1 Source Video RMA department. If approved, and RMA number will be issued. Return shipments will not be accepted without an authorized RMA#.
