How do I become a reseller?

If you are interested in becoming an authorized 1 Source Video reseller you must fill out the required paperwork. Click here to download our Dealer Application. Please Note: 1 Source Video cannot guarantee that completing these forms and submitting them to us will immediately qualify you as an authorized reseller. 1 Source Video works diligently to ensure that all of our resellers fit within a sales channel dedicated to promoting and supporting the technology we represent and distribute.

How long does it take to find out if I am accepted as a reseller?

Potential authorized resellers can expect a 5-10 business day waiting period for their application to be processed.

What is the criteria to be accepted as a reseller?

•	Dealer Application Document
•	Ordering Procedures Document
•	Bank and Trade References
•	A Copy of your original Resale License/Sellers Permit/Sales and Use License
•	Blanket Resale Certificate
•	Any other pertinent information that you feel will help us in our decision to authorize you as a reseller

What do I do for a defective product?

All defective products are to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Most manufacturers request that the customer speak with a Technical Support Representitive to determine that the stated product is truly defective. Once a product is deemed defective by the manufacturer, the Manufacturer will issue the Customer/ Dealer an RMA Number. All shipments for defective product should be sent directly to the manufacturer.

How do I find pricing?

Pricing for our manufacturer's products can be found online. Our resellers are assigned a username name and password to access online pricing. For your username and password contact questions@1sourcevideo.com

What is your cut off time for delivery?

The cut off time for delivery is 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
