Office Administrator
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to multi-task, process invoices and undertake new responsibilities.
Required Proficiency in:
Both Mac/PC Platforms
Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
Quickbooks
Outlook or Entourage
Alphanumeric and 10-key typing
Data Entry Software\ ACCTIVATE
Background/Experience in one or more of the following is desired:
EDI
Retail or Wholesale, preferably Technical/Electronic Equipment
Customer Service
Audit\Accounting
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years Experience (with at least 1 year in the following fields)

-(1) Administrative Experience in Data Entry, Corporate Office
