Ordering Procedure

The best way to order from 1 Source Video is to use our new online ordering system. All you have to do is login and place your orders.

If you choose not to order online, a purchase order may be emailed to orders@1sourcevideo.com. The purchase order must be submitted on a reseller purchase order form, or company letterhead, and must indicate a purchase order number or purchase order identifier. The submitted purchase order should have a return phone number and email address so that the shipping confirmation details (UPS/FedEx tracking number) can be forwarded once the order is shipped.

Payments should be made to 1 Source Video, unless credit terms have been established (see below). All purchase orders must be either prepaid via wire, check, money order, credit card or paid at the time of delivery (UPS COD).

The purchase order should be signed by an authorized reseller employee. The responsible contact person, telephone number and email address should be included on the purchase order in order to clarify any issues about the purchase order.

Information required on the purchase order:

• Product number (SKU); see regularly published price sheets
• Product description
• Quantity per item
• Price per item as per price list
• Requested delivery date
• Ship to address (if different company address on purchase order form or letterhead)

Please Note: “Drop Shipments” are only possible for resellers with credit terms or resellers which have paid in advance, and advanced payments have cleared. All Drop Shipments must include the Phone Number of the recipient. Any fees associated with an incorrect address, provided by a reseller, will be charged to the reseller.

• Bill to address (if different from company address on purchase order).
• UPS Method of shipment i.e. Next Day Air Early AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd
Day Air AM, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Ground. All indication of “best way” will ship UPS ground. Additional information required for initial purchase order only:
• Resale certificate (to eliminate billing of sales tax) From State in which your business resides.
• Federal ID number.

Viewing Orders
With a valid user account you are able to take advantage of this feature by simply logging in. This information will be instantly available to on the home screen. (Once logged in)
